Protomen Non-Battle Attire
So in addition to the Protomen inspired cosplay group we’re doing at AWA, we have also decided to class things up Saturday night. Each of us has a non-battle outfit inspired by our characters. I chose to go off a the retro version of Protoman, with gray, red, and the yellow scarf. I’m pretty proud with the fedora and sunglasses combo, as I think it mimics the helmet well. Jameson went with a cool western style Megaman, keeping with some of the themes of the Protomen. Nik will be going as Sniper Joe. I really liked his idea to have an eye patch, since the Sniper Joe enemy from the Megaman games has one red eye.
The idea was inspired by Console to Closet, which is a great geeky fashion blog if you haven’t seen it yet. I’ll be submitting some nicer pictures of the entire group to Amanda to see if she would feature it as one of her weekly community outfits.
