Repo! The Genetic Opera Tonight I watched Repo! The Genetic Opera.  I had never heard of it before last night, when I saw an interesting gif image of it on Tumblr, so thanks Khera, for introducing me to it.   This movie was made so right!  I’m a fan of rock operas, so this movie got points right off the bat for that.  Each character has a certain style of singing in order to converse, which I really liked.  Graverobber’s rhythm and Shilo’s (mostly) shy, innocent responses to the other characters were fun to watch. The movie had a very Alice in Wonderland feel to it.  A girl, who has been stuck in her room for 17 years, is thrust into this crazy new world (much like the viewer) and meets all these interesting characters.  Very entertaining.  It’s on Netflix Instant for anyone who wants to check it out.
